Play Canada Coach Tours runs guided coach routes across Canada, operating out of Gatineau, Toronto and Vancouver. This policy covers the website at www.playcanadatoday.com. Reach us any time at [email protected].

What we collect

Almost nothing. The site itself gathers no personal information from you.

• Nothing through the website. There is no account, no analytics and no database.
• What you email us. The enquiry form does not submit to a server. It opens your own email app with your name, email and chosen route filled in, ready to send to us. We only ever see what you choose to send.
• Server logs. Our web host keeps standard access logs (your IP address, browser type, the time and the page requested) to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

If you email us about a route, we use your details only to reply and help plan your trip. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Server logs are used only to operate and protect the site.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies. The full detail is in our cookie policy.

Third parties

• Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. When they load, Google may receive your IP address. This sets no cookies. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle it.
• Hosting. The site is served by our web host, which processes the server logs described above.
• Email. When you write to us, your message is handled by our email provider.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to answer you and arrange a trip, then remove them. Server logs are rotated by our host on a short cycle.

Your rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, and Quebec's Law 25 where it applies) you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Because we only hold what you email us, this is usually straightforward. Write to [email protected] and we will take care of it.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of the page.
